The Madison project required the transformation of a 1960’s office block into a 3 storey state of the art marketing suite . . . a complex challenge! Appointed by LBS Properties, Octink was responsible for the initial strip out followed by a complete refurbishment, internal fit-out, mechanical and electrical upgrade, and external overhaul including a new façade, window details and signage.
The result was a striking marketing suite environment to match the exacting detail and specification of the landmark Madison building just minutes from Canary Wharf completed both on budget and on time and is yet another great addition to the Octink portfolio of marketing suites.
