We can achieve high volume and quality quickly, with added features such as built-up lettering, special vacuum-formed panelling, cut-out shapes and LED lighting just a few of the innovations that we use on hoardings to bring brands to life.

Our complete service, from concept to installation, can also include assistance with making applications for planning permission, and structural co-ordination and design.

  • Rho P10 250 -perfect for indoor and outdoor signage and POP material, this genuine hybrid wide format inkjet printer has the ability to print on the widest range of rigid and roll media. Equipped with the latest Durst Quadro Array 10 print head technology, the P10 250 achieves a print quality of 1000dpi without loss of speed.
  • Rho P10 160 - like the P10 250 provides unrivalled print quality whilst maintaining the high level of productivity. It is capable of printing up to 100 sqm at up to 1000 dpi.
  • Seiko ColorPainter H2-74s - combines high quality imagery with total reliability at high speed. The fastest print mode achieves 50 m2/h (538 sfph)(8-color mode) on a maximum print width of 1890mm. The printer is best suited for large format banners and high volume printing in short turnaround times.
  • Kongsberg XP Digital Finishing Table - superior cutting table for short run production, fret-cut signage, POP products and product display, the Kongsberg XP has the speed and versatility to process a wide array of media, while the i-cut vision system guarantees a perfect match between the cutting contour and the printed graphic whatever the material.
  • Mimaki CG-160FX - these plotters provide print-and-cut capability for all suitable large format prints.
  • Seal 62 Pro laminators - our 1.6m wide sealers can be adjusted for temperature, speed and pressure to achieve perfect print finishing.


Our large format printers, with roll-to-roll and direct-to-substrate capability, allow us to print onto a vast range of media including papers, card, PVC, banner mesh, aluminium composite, MDF, fabrics, sheet posters, retail wall and floor coverings.

Our investment in leading edge large format print technology means that we can supply directly to the volume trade market as well as the end customer. Our highly trained and committed team, combined with the latest colour management and pre-flighting systems, ensure that the highest quality, consistency and accuracy are maintained at all times.
  • Site surveys - understanding the detail of a project or site from the outset is vital to its ultimate success. Our team of highly experienced and qualified surveyors are able to advise on specification, safety management, as well as the logistics of installation to help determine the right project solution.
  • Artwork - our in-house design team is always on hand to help bring your ideas to life. We use FOGRA-certified colour management software to consistently maintain precise colour standards and accurate reproduction of original artwork.   • Compliance - we have the expertise to advise on and co-ordinate seamlessly both planning applications for outdoor advertisements and signs, and any structural design requirements to meet relevant British Standards.
  • Concept design and co-ordination - with in-house architectural interior design capability, we are able to bring your ideas to life visually via architectural visualisations and flythroughs, or more technical CAD based drawings.
  • Project management - our experienced project management teams work with customers to develop creative ideas, providing advice and support every step of the way. Often co-ordinating multiple aspects of a project, we will conduct site meetings, liaise with structural engineers, organise third party contractors, as well as co-ordinate every aspect of production and installation.
  • Installation planning and safety compliance - we understand that a fast, reliable installation is a vital part of the success of every project. Safety is also a prime consideration with our teams fully trained to the highest standards, with SSSTS, CSCS, PASMA and IPAF accreditations. Octink is also CHAS and SMAS approved.
  • Maintenance - we take great care to ensure that every item of signage is installed with the highest regard for public safety. Sign maintenance is a legal requirement, and to assist clients, we have produced a buyers maintenance guide to help secure safety and structural integrity of a single or multiple installations on an on-going basis. During periods of seasonal shutdown we have an installation call-out service to address any urgent maintenance needs.
  • Fulfilment & Storage - we offer our own managed storage solutions to safeguard signage and branding post use, and in readiness to re-use directly at a client’s own premises or where other branding opportunities arise.

Tim now leads our project management team and prides himself with having the best people around him within the roles.

Natasha has over 10 years’ experience in signage and now heads up our Crest Nicholson team, specialising in the design and implementation of interior marketing suite fit-outs and external advertising signage. She is also involved in detailed wayfinding projects and has built up a highly skilled internal team.

Ross has worked in the industry since leaving school and has covered all areas from production through to artwork. Having worked in project management for the best part of 8 years, Ross offers considerable knowledge and meticulous planning with a hands on practical approach suited to a variety of project types and challenges. Ross currently heads up the internal Mace team.
