Our dedicated event team has the on-site expertise to reliably manage every aspect of your event branding project, before, during and after the event.

Good marketers know that an eye-catching stand attracts visitors, but there is far more to designing your exhibition presence than branding. At Octink, we work closely with our customers to make the most of their space, ensuring that it is inviting and encourages visitor engagement.

Visitor experience is as important for exhibitions as a whole as it is for individual exhibition stands, and Octink’s experienced event team work extensively with both. We seamlessly transform spaces into welcoming exhibition environments with exhibition booths, conference and meeting rooms, visitor lounges and even furniture, but we also understand the importance of quick disassembly and handing back a space without a trace.

Project Management
Working in collaboration, we look to become part of your team to help plan and offer solutions to help ensure that your event or marketing experience has the WOW factor. Whether your branding requirements are large or small we look to work with you to develop creative ideas as well as co-ordinate every aspect of production and installation.

Planning phases are an integral part of the service that we provide our customers. We aim to engage with clients and projects as early in the process as possible, to advise and suggest options in advance, either to support event and production managers with cost and product knowledge, or to support live pitches and tenders.

The majority of graphic production work is carried out in-house, enabling us to control the workflow effectively and provide a reliable and flexible service. With vast experience in all aspects of graphic production we use only the best technology available, including the latest Durst Rho P10 inkjet printers, and Esko Kongsberg finishing machines.

With an understanding that event deadlines are tight, our teams are used to working at any time of the day or night to achieve the right results. Safety is also a prime consideration with our teams fully trained to the highest standards, with SSSTS, CSCS, PASMA and IPAF accreditations. Octink is also CHAS, SMAS, and Safecontractor approved.

In addition to our in-house capability we have robust trading relationships with specialist
suppliers to enable the use of wider creative solutions and products whilst maintaining a single point of contact.

Fulfilment & Storage
We offer our own managed storage solutions to safeguard event branding post use and in readiness to re-use directly at a client’s own premises or where roadshow opportunities arise that include branding, AV and furniture.

Design & Artworking
Our design team is always on hand to help bring your ideas to life. Our in-house team has both 2D creative and 3D concept design capability. We are FOGRA-certified in colour management enabling us to create profiles and consistently maintain precise colour standards and accurate reproduction of original artwork.   • Rho P10 250 -perfect for indoor and outdoor signage and POP material, this genuine hybrid wide format inkjet printer has the ability to print on the widest range of rigid and roll media. Equipped with the latest Durst Quadro Array 10 print head technology, the P10 250 achieves a print quality of 1000dpi without loss of speed.
  • Rho P10 160 - like the P10 250 provides unrivalled print quality whilst maintaining the high level of productivity. It is capable of printing up to 100 sqm at up to 1000 dpi.
  • Seiko ColorPainter H2-74s - combines high quality imagery with total reliability at high speed. The fastest print mode achieves 50 m2/h (538 sfph)(8-color mode) on a maximum print width of 1890mm. The printer is best suited for large format banners and high volume printing in short turnaround times.
  • Kongsberg XP Digital Finishing Table - superior cutting table for short run production, fret-cut signage, POP products and product display, the Kongsberg XP has the speed and versitility to process a wide array of media, while the i-cut vision system guarantees a perfect match between the cutting contour and the printed graphic whatever the material.
  • Mimaki CG-160FX - these plotters provide print-and-cut capability for all suitable large format prints.
  • Seal 62 Pro laminators - our 1.6m wide sealers can be adjusted for temperature, speed and pressure to achieve perfect print finishing.


Our large format printers, with roll-to-roll and direct-to-substrate capability, allow us to print onto a vast range of media including papers, card, PVC, banner mesh, aluminium composite, MDF, fabrics, sheet posters, retail wall and floor coverings.

Our investment in leading edge large format print technology means that we can supply directly to the volume trade market as well as the end customer. Our highly trained and committed team, combined with the latest colour management and pre-flighting systems, ensure that the highest quality, consistency and accuracy are maintained at all times.

Our event team combines a wealth of knowledge, experience, and on-site expertise to manage projects from inception to delivery. They are backed by our production capability that enables us to respond and resolve customer requirements promptly and professionally.
