SwimBritain Event Graphics & Signage

Octink was enlisted by event specialist Limelight Sports to complete two time-sensitive event graphic installations for SwimBritain a joint initiative by British Gas and British Swimming to inspire 500,000 people across Britain to swim more regularly and get fit through a series of relay races.

An open water swim at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire and an indoor event at the London Aquatics Centre both required a mix of display graphics and signage that were not only visually impressive but robust enough to withstand the changing environments. Banner wraps, a graphic 'selfie' wall, flags, and a variety of freestanding fingerpost signs were all included in the mix and were installed to the exacting time requirements of the event organisers.

The final result was outstanding and contributed fully to the overall success of the event. The SwimBritain project was a great example of how we add coordination and planning to successfully bring to life a client's concepts.
